If you have registered for an event online, there will be a 5% cancellation charge for credit card purchases. There are no refunds available for cancellations within 7 days of the event.

All purchased items are available for pickup within 1 business day of purchase. If you have chosen courier, your items will be sent out within 3 days of purchase.
