Type Of Membership Required

	Property Owner	FRPO is pleased to offer an introductory rate for your first year of membership at a reduced rate of $3.40 per unit (minimum fee $168). Regular rates are as follows; $5.25 for the first 1,000 units, $3.41 for the next 1,001 to 5000 units and $1.58 per unit any units over 5000. Minimum fee of $168 plus applicable taxes.
	Regional Association	If you represent a Regional Association and would like to join FRPO, please call us at (416) 385-1100 Ext 22.
	Corporation	The Corporate Membership fee is $1092 per year. This category pertains to organizations with revenues of $1,000,000 or greater. As a Corporate Member you are also entitled to one free direct mailing of your company's promotional materials and a discount on advertising in our magazine, Fair Exchange, which is circulated 6 times a year to companies owning and managing over 200,000 rental units across Ontario. And you will receive first notice of sponsorship opportunities for FRPO educational seminars to special events.
	Associate	The Associate Membership fee is $546 per year. This category pertains to organizations with revenues of less than $1,000,000. As an Associate Member you are also entitled to one free direct mailing of your company's promotional materials and a discount on advertising in our magazine, Fair Exchange, which is circulated 6 times a year to companies owning and managing over 200,000 rental units across Ontario. And you will receive first notice of sponsorship opportunities for FRPO educational seminars to special events

AGREEMENT

Upon submitting the application, the Applicant understands the following. I understand and support the mission of the Federation of Rental-housing Providers of Ontario and agree to pay the annual membership fee established by the FRPO Board of Directors on the units declared above. I agree that if the number of units I/we hold or manage changes during the year, I will notify FRPO in writing and billings will be adjusted accordingly.

The Applicant has read FRPO's Code of Conduct and agrees to abide by and support the standards contained in the code at all times. A member who violates this Code of Conduct may be reprimanded, suspended or expelled from the organization by resolution of the Board of Directors.

The Applicant has read the privacy policy of FRPO and understands how it applies to the Applicant. The Applicant agrees to FRPO collecting, using and disclosing the above noted information about the Applicant as set out in FRPO's Privacy Policy including but not limited to obtaining references and publishing contact information for the purpose of FRPO's Membership Directory.
