The Annual General Meeting is the most important annual event for our members, and is well attended by over 600 rental housing providers ranging from hands-on owners/managers to third party management and holding companies. Moreover, as a result of working together productively over the years on policy issues, there will be in attendance high ranking provincial housing policy officials and politicians. As well,
each year’s guest speaker has offered memorable insight into this complex industry. Furthermore, it is at the Annual General Meeting that FRPO will be celebrating our 7th Annual Achievement Awards, recognizing excellence in the residential rental housing industry and advancing the high standards that the Federation of Rental-housing Providers of Ontario aims to promote.

AGM Criteria for Submission Deadlines
Award entries must be submitted by Monday, October 1, 2008. All projects and accomplishments must have been in progress or completed between November 2007 and October 2008 unless otherwise stated. | Supporting Files and Documentation
Packages must include electronic and hard copies of all supporting documentation (before and after photos, layout plans, etc.) as well as your company logo in either a JPEG or TIFF format.
Advertising award submissions will also require a copy of the ad in all media used (TV, radio, web, etc.).
Development award submissions must include copies of architect’s plans and drawings for the project.
Pinnacle awards must include a high resolution photo of the nominee.
