Canadian Apartment Investment ConferenceThe Canadian Apartment Investment Conference brings together owners, managers, developers, investors and lenders to provide valuable insights into the multi-unit residential market; how to increase net asset values; and how this sector is performing. Last year's conference attracted some 450 attendees. In 2010, this highly-focused, one-day conference will examine major trends, issues, opportunities, and strategies in Canada's multi-unit residential market. The program will include sessions of specific interest to small, medium, large, and institutional owners, and will provide valuable insights in two major theme areas: the most effective operational and management programs to maximize net asset value; and investment, development, financing and other asset management strategies. 	Property Owner	FRPO is pleased to offer an introductory rate for your first year of membership at a reduced rate of $3.25 per unit (minimum fee $160). Regular rates are as follows; $5.00 for the first 1,000 units, $3.25 for the next 1,001 to 5000 units and $1.50 per unit any units over 5000. Minimum fee of $160 plus applicable taxes.
	Regional Association	If you represent a Regional Association and would like to join FRPO, please call us at (416) 385-1100 Ext 22.
	Corporation	The Corporate Membership fee is $1040 per year. This category pertains to organizations with revenues of $1,000,000 or greater. As a Corporate Member you are also entitled to one free direct mailing of your company's promotional materials and a discount on advertising in our magazine, Fair Exchange, which is circulated 6 times a year to companies owning and managing over 200,000 rental units across Ontario. And you will receive first notice of sponsorship opportunities for FRPO educational seminars to special events.
	Associate	The Associate Membership fee is $520 per year. This category pertains to organizations with revenues of less than $1,000,000. As an Associate Member you are also entitled to one free direct mailing of your company's promotional materials and a discount on advertising in our magazine, Fair Exchange, which is circulated 6 times a year to companies owning and managing over 200,000 rental units across Ontario. And you will receive first notice of sponsorship opportunities for FRPO educational seminars to special events
