Non-Smoking Buildings: FRPO Supports Choice
The Federation of Rental-housing Providers of Ontario supports the concept of “choice” in the marketplace, and supports allowing landlords to decide to offer the option of smoke-free buildings to the marketplace. Current provincial laws do not allow owners to provide this possible choice in the marketplace.
