All submissions must be created in PowerPoint and saved in PDF format. All criteria listed on each category form must be included in your presentation. Please follow the guidelines listed for each category and review the full package here. File submissions can be uploaded at the bottom of each category form by pressing the “choose files” or “browse” button. You must include your PDF presentation as well as all supplemental files including photos and logos. The deadline for submissions is October 2nd at 12:00pm noon. If you have multiple submissions in the same category, you must do them individually. Please note that you must be a member in good standing for all submissions.

If your files are too large, your submission will not upload
The maximum number of files that you may upload is 100. You may upload multiple files at once. If you miss a file, please use the ‘choose file’ option to upload additional files. No file may be more than 128mbs. You may have to compress your PDF presentation so that it is less than 128mbs. If one or more of your files is over 128mbs, your nomination will not be uploaded and you will receive an error message. Please ensure you have submitted your photo files that are contained in your nomination. These will be used for the AV presentation at the awards gala should you be a finalist. Thank you.
