George Van Noten brings over 25 years of industry experience to his role as Chief Operating Officer of Minto Properties and Minto Apartment REIT, where he manages day-to-day operations and property level P&L across the portfolio. In his most recent role as Senior Vice President of Property Operations with Minto Properties and Minto Apartment REIT, he is credited with overhauling the operating platform to create improvements in revenue, market share, customer service/retention, and employee engagement.
Joshua Lewis, CEM, CMVP
As an award-winning leader in the energy sector, including being recognized as the AEE International Energy Innovator of the Year in 2019, Mr. Lewis is a renowned expert with a wide knowledge base in green buildings, energy conservation, and environmental sustainability. NERVA Energy currently spearheads an Indoor Air Quality Program working with Hospitals, School Boards, Public Sector, and commercial real estate owners and developers to deliver cleaner-healthier air through the use of technology that is laboratory tested and proven to combat COVID-19.
Mario Morana, A.Sc.T.
With more than 20 years of experience, Mr. Morana currently manages the Hazardous Materials/ Environmental Health & Safety Group across Canada for McIntosh Perry. Working closely with clients, contractors and other project stakeholders, Mr. Morana manages projects on a regional to national level, ensuring project milestones are met and a high-level of customer service is maintained. He has extensive experience in asbestos, mould contamination, designated substance’s surveys, abatements, indoor air quality (IAQ’s), environmental site assessments, and industrial hygiene.
